iTunes and iPhone Sync Problem

Some of my applications does show up in iTunes but when I do a sync it doesn't install on my iPhone.

Any ideas why??

If I delete all my applications from my iPhone and from iTunes and I drag and drop all the apps again into iTunes it should install everthing again. Am I right?
 
I have no problems running jailbreak and itunes 9.1.1. However I don't think 9.0.3.15 has sync problems so upgrading probably won't fix your issue.
 
Piesang, have you changed anything recently - upgraded iTunes? New iPhone? New PC? New anything?

After I upgraded to iTunes 9.X, I had endless syncing problems, similar to yours. I Googled until my fingers bled, and found that my BIOS might be at fault. Yep, you read right. So I updated my BIOS to the latest firmware, and voila! everything was swell again. If you've changed anything recently, let me know, so I can go through some of my research to find the solution again.

If you haven't changed anything at all, and these symptoms started "sommer net", I'm afraid I don't have much advice.

I found that if I install more than 1 app/game in iTunes and sync it won't sync all of them.

If I install 1 at a time and sync after each then it works perfectly.
 
That DOES sound like one of the symptoms I had in the past. You still haven't said what you've changed - new iTunes? New iPhone? Or did this just start out of the blue?
