Itunes to iphone question

So im preparing to get my iphone 4, i was wondering since i made a us itunes account last night, when i download apps to my itunes account, will it automatically add it to my iphone 4 when i sync it up, sorry for nooby question, tried to google with no luck.

Yes it would as far as i know....i usually download all my apps from itunes and it snycs auto. when i hook it up

you just need to have specified to sync all apps on connection.. its on by default.

I have both a SA acc and a US acc.
The only problems i have is that you can only back up the apps on Itunes from your phone based on which account you logged into.
So if im logged onto my SA acc, it will say "itunes cannot back up this and these apps(my US apps) because they were not purchased on this account, would you like to continue?" i click yes
it will not delete them, just wont back them up if you have to restore your phone.
Also when you recieve updates for your apps, you will need to change to the relevant acc on your phone to do so.

I also had a SA and US account. Re-downloaded all the SA apps at the US store, so now I only have one account. Works great, no point in the SA account.
