Like we have any say?! Tell that to the thousands baying in his defence - and now partying in his "victory."On the Zuma issue he basically admitted to comitting adultery. Whether it's accepted in his culture or not, it creates a bad image in the public eye that a man with so much power falls back on cultural practises in court. I certainly don't want this man as president.

And nobody in their right mind would have consentual sex with her!!
Finding him not guilty does not mean that he is innocent, the verdict was that the evidence was inconclusive so the defendent gets the benefit of the doubt. The corruption case on the other hand is a different story. There's no running away judging from what happened in the Shaik trial. The evidence is there, lets just hope it doesn't mysteriously disappear

Yeah it's become too much of a sh!tstorm. If he had to become president, there would be chaos between his supporters and Mbeki's supporters (as well as non-ANC supporters).Dominic Rooney said:Also I believe being a presidential candidate is out of the question, if not his political career.

Freedom of speech - deal with it. Debate him if you like but dont deny his right to voice his opinions.Angelo said:Aren't you glad there's myADSL where backward bigots like you can spew your bile but far away from the political mainstream?

No no no no no. He is "not guilty" most certainly in no way implies he is "not innocent". He was innocent until proven guilty. He was not proven guilty, and therefore, by definition is innocent. Your logic is flawed. Jacob Zuma is innocent. Period. He has not committed any crime according to the Law, and in SA that's the only thing that matters. If you are accused of Murder, you will only be guilty of said murder when the court judges you as such.Highflyer_GP said:Finding him not guilty does not mean that he is innocent, the verdict was that the evidence was inconclusive so the defendent gets the benefit of the doubt.
