Angelo you said we the white people are rebelling with overthrowing the government which is true and all those other stuff you said implying that only the white man is busy atacking the black people of south afirca.

Angelo I said you are denying the logic people have told you and there are proof the government aint delivering service but still you are denying what is really simple for most of us to understand.

It's not a matter of not agreeing with views, Digitalsoldier accused me of being in denial over farm murders and I want him to back up that claim with the said post, his recent response didn't even touch the farm murders issue.

I am innocent on the case of farm murders and I have nothing to deny.
 
craigsa, let me just say, I'm disgusted by you bringing up the holocaust as if that somehow puts you in a similar position as the previously disadvantaged blacks in SA. I'm Jewish myself, and it just puts a terrible taste in my mouth that you would go so far as to bring this terrible event up for the sole reason of somehow putting you on the same level as disadvantaged ppl in SA.

I doubt you were even that affected by the holocaust. I'm guessing you're Jewish from Lithuanian descent, 1 or 2 generations back one of your ancestors fled to SA to escape the War and you landed up in SA, as about 80% of the Jewish population here has. These Jews here have had relatively privileged lives down here in SA.

Now, to claim that the holocaust has had a direct influence on your life as apartheid has had blacks here in SA simply disgusts me, unless you actually experienced the holocaust first-hand, and I'm not talking about getting told horror stories from a relative, I will henceforth hold you in utter disdain.

Well, at least slightly more disdain than I already do after reading your ignorant racist views. You may think that you're playing fair in this discussion, but some of the things you say are so out of line I'm assuming they must be said out of some kind of subconscious prejudice you are unaware of.

I think what would be best for this thread is if all parties concerned would state their views, I think you all have lost sight about what you're arguing over, because I can see that all of you have reason. What is happening is that both sides are misinterpreting and assuming things by reading between the lines (even if there is no subtext) and playing off these notions.

Angello has very well-reasoned opinions, if he were to state his overall view, I'm sure kingmonty and craigsa would be able to come to some kind of agreement if they'd be willing to look at them with an open mind.

Angello is not a racist, the only people playing the 'race card' have been craigsa, ajax and kingmonty. By playing the 'race card' I mean mostly assuming angello's views based on his race, which I was not even aware of. I became aware of angello's race purely out of the assumed views of other posters on this thread. I thought to myself, "The only reason people would be saying these kind of things to Angello is if he were Black."

You guys have been assuming that everything to do with black government Angello wholeheartedly supports just because he's black, I've never heard of anything so narrow-minded and pathetic! You call the ANC 'your party' to Angello, he never even really condoned anything by the ANC or even tried to defend them.

It seems to me you all are trying to target Angello and just dump all of your disappointments with the current black government on him, JUST BECAUSE HE IS BLACK. Surely you can see what's wrong with this?

As for angelo I dont have anything against his race but I dont support his views on the anc ( no its not colonial thinking) I just think we have a great country and then we have idiots who dont deserve to be in some positions in government running this country to the ground.

Also I havent seen kingmonty or craigsa say anything racist untill what seems to be one of angelo's friends starting with personal atacks on craig but still there werent any racism involved as for ajak he hardly made a comment in this thread.

It seems you also missed the point that we were trying to discuss that there are so many jobs that can be created if the government really wanted to just by starting proper service delivery.
