How? I'm trying to use Opera's chat client but it's just telling me 0 rooms available at irc.jawug.za.net

If I go to that address irc.jawug.za.net in my normal browser it says:

Hi. We are moving. Please be patient
With a link to Neology.co.za

Use the cgi chat link on wug.za.net or use a chat client like Mirc and point that to irc.wug.za.net

I'm a complete idiot and new to this but can anyone inform me if I can run a wireless network using IP cameras for our commmunity. I'd need to know the range, all the equipment needed for the network and the best place to source all the materials.
