Julius Malema expelled from the ANC

ANC Youth League president Julius Malema has been expelled from the ANC, party's national disciplinary committee chairman Derek Hanekom said on Wednesday evening.

Yeah wtf is up with this kak? First he was allowed to appeal the suspension, then he was allowed to appeal the sentence, and now he's allowed to appeal against the expulsion?

Btw is he expelled for 5 years or for good?
 
The first appeal was against the process that found him guilty and allowed him to argue in mitigation of sentence. This announcement is the sentencing based on those findings, so I guess he has the right now to appeal the sentence?
