The thing that both Sentech & WBS lack (very sorely) is experience with customers, unfortunately it is the customers that will get burned by this before the customers leave the service provider in flames.

WBS really need to pull up their socks & be honest with us, that is like the Zen path to success for WBS...

lol. wonder what they are firewalling with...
this is one area where telkom is actually getting rather good. havent seen their website defaced in quite a long time! do know that telkom are using pix firewalls, for what its worth...
