Just Dsl Uncapped

I applied for Just Dsl via Axxess, today Telkom Tech supposedly came for installation. He installed a new router and and creating a new port, I asked what he was doing and his answer was that he was installing Telkom internet. I told him that i did not apply for Telkom internet, Only for "just dsl" at my current Isp. Does this guys know what they are doing?
