Yes on air, if you getting it for free then get an i7 system, it will be worth it in a year or so
Then again we have no idea what the phenom ii's will do (if they worth it i shall get one in Jan as well, purely for testing purposes of course)
It's not a unlimited free, it's a 12k-15k free, which isn't bad as I already have a 22" and some decent speakers.

That is more than enough for a decent board, 920 and 6gig DDR3 1600 ram i would think, of course depending on gpu, psu, case, etc
The system needs to be built from scratch, only have 22" and sound. If I push it, depending which shops have which specials maybe I could get 920. But seeing as it's basically only for gaming maybe I should put that money into a better gpu.

For full system you would prob have to look at a q66 or q93 then, but then again it is purely for gaming so get an E8xxx cpu.

Total = 17540 - So if you can organise 2540 you sorted.
Or go for the intel board and then instead you pay +-R15800 cause there is a bundle deal on this with the suppliers. Just budget for some cooling too.
