Now before you get your knickers in a knot, the software is free. However it's taken so long just to download from Adobe I found it easier to use Pirate Bay. A summary of my activites:

Google "Extend Script Toolkit"
Go to Page
Click download
I'm asked to log in
I log in
I'm told for security reasons my password must be updated, they're sending a mail
... wait 5 minutes
Ah! the mail has arrived!
Click on link
Update password
Sjoe... ok
Login again
For security reasons please update all you personal information
What? Fine, ok.
Update personal information
Alright, your download is about to begin.
Finally...
Opening Adobe download manager
Oh my, looks like your download manager needs to be updated.
Really?
Wait 30 minutes, I'm not sure for what...
... 30 minutes later
Ag, sorry man, you need admin privileges to update the download manager. Would you like to Quit or Quit?
FFS!
Open with administrator privileges. Ok, please wait 30 minutes again (for fscking what?!)
Ok, I've update the download manager. Would you like to Quit or Quit?
Go to hell!
That's not an option.

Anyway, in the mean time I downloaded and installed from Piratebay. Thanks Adobe for simplifying my life the Apple way!

P2P is just the shiz

Need windows with all the updates ?

Pirate bay, search windows 7, sort by seeds, read comments, download.

Try and get the same from MS ? eish wena.

That's kinda the reason I have a pirated copy of a few apps running alongside their legitimate versions. Two of them give us endless licensing issues that support doesn't seem to be able to resolve. It's a problem when we can't open software and complete work & have to wait 24hr for support to get back to us. It's just not feasible. So pirated copies make life much easier :).

If we had some level of functional society, you would be able to write most of those crappy software from scratch. Basic ARM kernelling should be middle school cud
