What you would need to do is download and install the below CAB file and install it on your phone.
Installation instructions:
1. Download CAB file to your desktop
2. Activesync your phone with your desktop/Laptop
3. Explore the device and place the CAB file onto your phone
4. Unplug phone and use "File Explorer" to browse the location of the file you placed on your phone.
5. Install CAB
6. Perform Soft reset on the phone.
N.B. Might need to install this CAB twice as changes might not take place on first installation.
