In short. Unload Vodafone software from memory, including system tray. To do that, go to the options and select options:
- do not load at startup
- remove from system tray on exit
Then use other Windows dialup connection (created by Vodafone) do establish connection. Or any other dashboard application.
It is an indication that Vodafone software is not onloaded from memory. Look at the system tray. If present, then it grabs modem's diagnostice COM port for exclusive use ad mdma won't be able to find modem.I am using my 8ta sim this way and it works fine but even my mdma software is not picking up the sim
Found the problem they gave me a SIMCARD that does not work with modems and only cellphones
