Schweet! Did you order a cover/carry case for yours? I am waiting for mine to arrive from Takealot, they had a good deal on the FitFolio so I grabbed some matte screen protectors as well

Not yet, the tab is actually a gift for my , was considering getting a cover or else letting her get what she likes

Takealot.com has these scooters that delivers here in Richards Bay. I guess its just rebranded from MR Delivery to Takealot.com branding. I will do all my shopping at takealot.com if they gave more vouchers.

Its like not a day goes past without a voucher from kalahari.com which is why I'm doing all my buying there now.

I agree. In my experience (about 20 orders), they've been quite good.
1 appliance returned due to fault - service was excellent
wrong items shipped to me - I never got anywhere with there email service centre but the HelloPeter complaint sorted things out quickly
1 order cancelled - they claim it was because my bank rejected the transaction which is a lie (AND I tried with two different banks and KDN rejected both)
Overall, I'm quite happy to do business with them.
 
So my cousin and I each ordered the 2TB WD Passport Ultra 2.5" HDD from Kalahari, Monday night and they were delivered yesterday (Tuesday) so 5 stars for quick delivery... He opened his and checked the warranty on the Western Digital site and it expires in 2 years 8 months. The HDD is meant to have a 3 year warranty. Has anyone else found this with HDDs and would Kalahari honour the 3 year warranty if the thing goes kaput 2 years and 9 months later?
 
Pre-ordered Fifa15 for ps4....supposed to be available from 26 September but delivery ETA is 30 September.

Voucher (womensmonth) worked on a pre-order, which is schweet.

Hope they deliver early....and sort out their issues in the next 6 weeks.

I purchased one from Takealot 2TB 2.5" for R1199 on daily special and it says on box 2 years warranty. Register on WD website to confirm warranty.
 
I believe that with hard drives, the Warranty is from the date of manufacture, unless a valid purchase invoice is provided. So your 2 or 3 year warranties start from the date of purchase.

I might be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure I'm right about this.

Don't expect it on release day. I can't count the amount of times I've heard people complain that Kalahari delivers their preorders late.
