Kalahari.com vouchers thread

So far I've been unsuccessful in having my account deleted and removed at KDN.
 
It seems online orders at Kalahari are a bit of a hit or miss situation, I've ordered two packages so far and both of them arrived a day after I had ordered them :confused:

Ordered my stuff on Wednesday, it told me 8 days to dispatch. On Friday it was already dispatched

I've had issues with all my recent orders; either late or cancelled at KDN's whim. However [ and of course ] they are incapable of removing an account let alone take stock of their support queries.

Always takes them more than a day to respond. Most recent orders have been delayed.
 
I don't think they are doing to bad with delivery times.... Its on par with takealot.com I think. Kalahari.com send it with FedEX so the delay might be there.

Takealot.com has these scooters that delivers here in Richards Bay. I guess its just rebranded from MR Delivery to Takealot.com branding. I will do all my shopping at takealot.com if they gave more vouchers.

Its like not a day goes past without a voucher from kalahari.com which is why I'm doing all my buying there now.

Its been more than a week and I've tried, really tried:

Phone... not good
Email... not good
HelloPeter... not good

KDN is just **** ran by monkeys or worse.

You say "online" as if that's not their core business model and there are other ways of ordering from them.

Did you actually get the nappies or did you have to rush to the shops to avoid your kid ****ting on the floor?

Tried Kalahari for the first and last time. Had terrible service and will never again use them. If it was just me and it was a single incident, maybe I wouldn't feel so strongly about it, but their Facebook and HelloPeter pages are filled with the same complaints. The only thing they do is apologize profusely and then do the same thing tomorrow.

No ways. When you've got a place as determined to deliver great service as TakeAlot available, there is no reason at all to use Kalahari.

It's not existent.

Took me a month of Tweets and Emails to get an eBook refunded with an obvious problem.

Nobody could understand my issue because they didn't bother reading or looking at the very simple to understand screenshots I provided.
 
I also got a very generic reply when I queried with them why I have an email stating payment was received but why my order status on their website said they were waiting for payment.

But other than that no complaints so far, I hope it improves for everyone else!

Still haven't received the nappies despite multiple emails and now hello Peter complaints. So yes we went and bought at the shops.

Glad you got sorted! @D3x! mine is now 4.4.4 and running merrily - can't comment on the speed though as I only had the version it shipped with for about 10 minutes, but 4.4.4 is so far very good and nippy.

I have a moto G with 4.4.4 as well and I have no complaints other than my navigation buttons sometimes disappearing when I close Clash of Clans on it :p

delivered this morning, starts up first time, i can't get it going properly now as i can't get wifi access here will sort out tonight but looks good.
