Kalahari.com vouchers thread

And there's also the price discrepancy between search results and the actual item price on Kalahari that I dont have time for them to send me an answer on.

You might wait a while for an answer from them ... i asked them something on Monday and have had no reply... I don't think they have answered because my vouchers have gone missing from their site and they can't explain it:mad:

^ Yeah, I waited about 5 days for a reply to my email and by then giving me an answer on changing my delivery address was pointless because the package was delivered already :p

After waiting for 2 weeks, on 28 Aug I asked why my parcel had not been dispatched, 3 hours later they replied to say that it was about to be dispatched. The next day it was dispatched.

On a different issue I previously waited 11 days without a response.

So looks like they selectively choose to reply to emails. If they have a good excuse/reason then they reply.

ProTip: only ask them easy questions

Anyone else who thinks the "karl ahari" ad has served its purpose and can be taken off air now?

I start to cringe when it comes on & promptly flip channels.

Anyone find their courier FedEx's tracking useless?

YES! I was just thinking about this today.

This is my tracking info, even SAPO is better!

For Fedex I use the Supaswift site. Much more detailed tracking info. You sometimes need to put in the Shippers reference number for it to work though.

https://www.supaswift.com/fx/OnlineServices/Tracking/tabid/89/Default.aspx

For tracking Kalahari parcels on Supaswift, you should just be able to add KL to the front of the waybill number that Kalahari give you on their tracking page. You can use the reference number in the shipper's reference field too, but if your order was split into multiple parcels, as Kalahari sometimes do, then that will only let you track one of the parcels, ime.

eBucks75

Was on one of the banners when logged into the ebucks website. R75 off when you spend over R350 valid until 30sept. The banner just linked to kalahari. I'm guessing you might need to be part of the ebucks program though.

I saw the eBucks75 one yesterday as well. But it isn't working.
Gives and error: "This voucher has not been approved yet"

Useless Kalahari.

*Edit*

I phoned Kalahari now and they said to give it a day. I told them it has already been 24 hours since I last tried it.
Apparently they will "look into it"

Epic Fail Kalahari.

If only Loot or Takealot will do discount vouchers, then there would be no need to even buy from Kalahari.
Loot is cheaper on most products but at the moment kalahari vouchers is the only reason they still have a better price.
But that is all useless if the voucher is still "WAITING TO BE APPROVED!!!"

Why even release it if it hasn't been approved, idiots?
