Well at the moment no one can use the darn voucher it seems.

I am trying to buy with ebucks and use the voucher but all I get is:
"This voucher has not been approved yet"

You can use the reference number in the shipper's reference field too, but if your order was split into multiple parcels, as Kalahari sometimes do, then that will only let you track one of the parcels, ime.

Accidently used this voucher when my basket was below R350 and it said you have not met the criteria to use this voucher... But same error add you when the basket is above R350...
 
Just phoned kalahari again.

It seems they don't even know about the eBucks75 voucher.
The nice lady said she will look into it and give me a call back,

I told her to have a look at the ebucks website, so hopefully I can buy something soon.
If this isn't sorted soon I will rather buy the items from Loot.co.za

It is like R50 cheaper at loot. but the kalahari voucher would swing it in kalahari's favor, if only it worked.
 
Kalahari just phoned me back.

The eBucks75 voucher is only available from Monday 8 September until 20 September.
The Ebucks add on their website stating that it is till 30 September is wrong and will be rectified soon.

Yes. That is why I said "bigger user base". meaning more people probably got the mailshot from Kalahari...

Any other explanations? KDN sucks compared to Takealot.

Didn't read that part.
but ya they would have the bigger base, they advertise a lot more than Takealot , Hence i guess more people would be aware of them compared to takealot.
