Catering and food service stores have the original.

If I had a daughter or a son I would introduce them at an early age to my epic oatmeal porridge cooked in lactose free milk with honey...

My parents tried that when I was a kid. Hated it. Would literally make me throw up. But now as an adult I love oats...

Same here.

And also pumpkin. Hated it as a kid, now I love it.

These are yummy. Expensive, but yummy.

Nearly all the cereal has been turned into disgusting cardboard piles of turd AKA 'all grain'. Even the wholewheat Pronutro which was delicious (and the only flavour I ate) has been corrupted! It was wholegrain already you nincompoops! You did not need to utterly ruin it.

Find a Chinese shop that sells cheap 'fake' coco pops, They taste like coco pops used to taste. Have a packet in the cupboard right now. Also might find unadulterated rice krispies in a health shop. Rice Krispies are popped rice and the health food peeps make their own 'everything free au naturale' version which is basically how rice krispies always were and aren't anymore.

The Surprising Reason Why Dr. John Harvey Kellogg Invented Corn Flakes

Cereal would create fortunes and create multinational companies that we still know today. But Dr. John Harvey Kellogg, the inventor of corn flakes, did not care about profits. For him, cereal was not just a health food because it would improve Americans digestion. He believed a diet centered on bland foods like cereal would lead Americans away from sin. One very specific sin: masturbation.

yeah contacted kellogs sa directly - OG Rice Krispies is dead.

we must live with the vanilla flavored trash

Not that I eat breakfast cereal anymore, but I never understood why Kellogs continually make their cereal taste worse and worse? Surely it can't save them that much money to cut the amount of cocoa powder they use to make coco pops?

The last time I remember eating chocos (or coco pops crunchers, whatever), they tasted like cardboard. They were still brown in colour but had no chocolate flavour.

Also I never understood their marketing decisions. They built up the chocos brand with Chocos the Crunchy Bear, and then they destroy it because reasons. Makes no sense.

I do remember my favourite cereal (its more of a dessert than a cereal) was Spar's Squillos. They are literally chocolate wrapped in cereal parcels. Like actual chocolate.

lets face it - have these cereals not become a luxury food item? they probably discontinue them because not enough people buy them to warrant producing it.

how many people can afford to feed 2-3 kids on this stuff, it is not the cheapest stuff around.

It's also not that healthy.
