Kies doesn't want to update my S2

When I heard that ICS was rolling out in SA for the S2, I got really excited. But now it doesn't seem to be able to update. I tried doing it OTA via WiFi, but it says that there is no update available. And then I tried to do it through Kies, but Kies says that firmware updating is not supported by my device. I have a stock rom, but it's rooted with the Zerg rush exploit. (I should mention Kies said it's unsupported for firmware update even before I rooted it.)

How can I get ICS? I don't really want to flash it manually, because knowing myself, I would probably screw it up. I also don't want to take it in to the shop, because I need my phone.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

If you want to flash follow this guide after downloading the firmware it will take less than 10 minutes to flash to ICS and you really can't go wrong following it unless you ignore the instructions and try and do your own thing...

I used the XFA firmware from this site, it's the official south african firmware {without carrier branding} so your warranty will be in tact if you flash it... It's about 15th or so from the top

Here is a thread where some people discuss using the above method with perfect results,,, best of luck...
