Dude, that trailer came out at what E3 2005 ?

Try and get a hi def vid, much better looking, industry pretty much expects that there isn't a snowballs chance that K2 is ever going to look that good (high def vid of course). :)

I came across it thats all, thought it was amazing but if that pre-rendered!!

If the game is or will look like that then it gets 12/10 from me but now there are some doubts.........
 
That trailer is why killzone caught as much flak as it did. They tried to pretend it was in engine, but it is completely CGi. It's the reason there hasn't been a single screenshot of the game released.
 
Well, to be honest the hype for the first Killzone on the PS2 killed the game when it was launched. Too many promises for an average-to-mediocre game.
 
I've seen comments from a closed door preview that it does live up to the preview by a fair margin. Think motostorm.

Well, we'll see in July.

if that is the case then i will eat my hat... just need to buy one first

my only concern is: if the game REALLY looks this good, why not tease the public and boost your sales of the ps3? if there are any games to be released that look like that demo then DEEEEAMMN, we are in for a rough ride!
 
Talk about leaving out the important bits Doobiwan :D

I think if Killzone 2 really doesn't live up to it's preview then they should rather just bury it. It will cause more damage than anything if it sucks.
