Bought a ps3, wonder how much this game will retail for?

don't buy locally, buy from overseas,

I pre-ordered Killzone 2 from Shopto.net for about

29.99 pounds + Delivery 3 pounds = 32.99 pounds x about 15 = R494.85

Eish R500 isnt bad at all for a AAA title, not bad at all. Let us know how the order went.

Well I just finished the KZ2 demo. I'm yet to pick my jaw up from the floor. This game beats every FPS I've ever played. Controls feel tight and easily adaptable. I'm definitely getting this, the graphics wipes everything else off the map and the AI is damn smart. They actually have brains, hahaha. Buying this game will be worth every penny it definitely lives up to the hype.

If only KZ2 was available on PC - it would be the ultimate COD/CSS/HL2/Q4 killa

Yea popped the demo last night as well, I predict that 2009 will be a little less harsh on the PS3 than 2008 was, very interesting given the fact that the processing on each core was only running at 60 percent in the most intense scenes of KZ2, I really tried to cause as many explosions and craziness in the game as possible, I just couldn't get the frame-rate do drop...

Think im a bit scared by my ps3 now... it hums like a dormant nuclear bomb... I think with some tweaks the bloody thing will become self conscious...

Very impressive stuff.

Well, I have officially removed Killzone 2 from my to-get list.

There is NO WAY I'm going to pay R850 FOR A GAME

No title is worth close to R1000, no matter how good it may be.

:(

Shopto.net

Killzone 2 says 'Pre-order temporarily stopped'

"..That would be because we have sold out of our allocation for the normal version.

Regards
Shopto..."

Wohoo, KZ2 has been dispatched from Shopto.Net.

Now it's just a question of how long it will take to arrive in SA (most probably 2 days from UK to SA and then 12 days from the post office to my house)
