. One thing it does not have is Eye-Fi, is this really a consideration? Have Ipad and laptop that I will be messing around with.

With reference to that specific dpreview side-by-side comparison, what they mean is that the D5200 has an optional Wi-fi adapter that you can purchase to add "native" Wi-fi support. All four those bodies can use an Eye-fi card to add some Wi-fi support.
