KZN Getaway Recommendations

I am looking at saving up for a bit of a getaway.
Dog friendly. Preferably fenced.
Private. Don't want close Neighbours.
Maybe somewhere close to the Mountains.
R800-R1500 a night.
Two people and a dog.
Accessible by a Sedan (Hyundai Accent).
Save and secure.
Hot water tub or jacuzzi outside in the open or beutiful views from indoors.

I dont have links that meet your requirements, but the midlands is pretty nice, easily accessible (even though a lot are dirt roads) - i am sure you can find a pet friendly secluded spot somewhere

What is Clarens region like?

Lake Navarone looks like they have pet friendly unit. I havent been there in 10 years though, and not sure what the conditions are like these day in the Gardens area. I did go through Underberg beginning of the year and the place looked a bit moeg. Although I am not interested in town really, will take my coffee machine with. Remote would be nice, but note many remote places have sedan access.

What is Clarens region like?

Its just like the Midlands to me LOL.

Town is small, one square with everything, some nice spots to enjoy. Lots of places to stay further out, which can meet your requirements.

Golden Gate is near by, nice to drive through, you can go through the park with a sedan, beautiful. Lots of horse riding trails. Could even stay in the Sanparks accomodation - dont know if its pet friendly

You might want to try redviking villa, which has decent coffee but no jacuzzi.

I think that is more a family camp. Trying to get a awya from people. Having screaming kids around me is not my cup of tea.
