Mark Lamberti has resigned from the board of fixed-line operator Telkom where he served as an independent non-executive director without taking directors' fees for the past year.

This is the guy who sold 175 000 Telkom shares at the end of Jan 2008, which happened to lose 10% of their value at the end of March 2008 when September made his announcements about Telkom's new strategic direction....
