@lantic cancellation problem

Hi all

I had this 12GB free account from @lantic cancelled in time via e-mail never received confirmation and I had to call them to confirm, however I've been billed twice now for July and August.:(

Any suggestions on what I must do now to claim my money back? Anyone else with similar problems?

They also over charged me on the free acount. First for incorrect calculation of usage in Feb and Mar. I then cancelled in Apr in time for the 6 month cut-off but then I saw deductions in May and Jun. They have now refunded fully but nothing would have happened if I had not pointed out the mess.
