Yep, that's what I was running, but seems to have its moods. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I think if it times out or if there is an error etc, it just gives up instead of trying again

After I emailed them about the usage that is wrong they simply replied to my email saying please find the usage below as requested? Maybe they don't understand what I'm saying. They are getting me angry a bit now. The account is a masterpiece but their billing is a disaster to be honest.

Hi there Vox,
I am busy slogging through my Session Info for May and June to see where I am being charged for Packet Usage. It is a real chore. Do you think it could be possible to allow for some color changes in the data? For instance, it would be great (and beneficial for future queries) if for example all Packet sessions could show up Red and all Bolt-On Sessions remain black. This would greatly enhance our ability to check our accounts. It appears as if there were times I was logged in after 6am and downloaded quite some data. I was not aware of this... but slowly working through every session is really a huge pain. Every date must be checked to see if it falls over a weekend or weekday etc. etc.
If at all possible, could you please take my idea under advisement. I do not think it should be so hard to display the data in different colors. Thanks
I'm furious now....... I have never ever had such bad service with a company....
http://userstats.adsl.saix.net/
CLEARLY states that NOT even 1 session was open during the peak times.... The proof is there with the stats though they are refusing and saying that I DID use the data even though I can SEE from the stats that THEY reffered me to that I was not even connected during that time.
I'm furious now cause they are not understanding what I am saying? Instead they suggest I use netlimiter software to limit during the times ect ect.
I think its unacceptable...
PLZ PLZ check this screenshot and tell me maybe I'm blind but I can not see and usage during the day from that screenshot and its
This is my usage from 21 June to 5 July so far. PLZ tell me how on earth they get 5GB....

I'm very disappointed and feel like I must cancel my account and just stick with openweb uncapped which is pretty damn good too but which is ofcaurse higher priced than @lantic
I was looking at some of my data on SAIX and I am beginning to wonder if perhaps they do have a huge problem with their billing. It is just such an unbelievable chore struggling through their stats, trying to pinpoint where you are charged for packet data and bolt-on. Perhaps if they do take my advice and color them differently it will help.
Looking at your, and also my own stats I see something that bothers me. Take for example your stats for June 20th. The session is timed from 00:52:03 to 06:04:27. The bytes for this session is 4 282 501 939 bytes (taking just the final column). How will this affect their billing. The session should have stopped at 06:00. Just take a look at how many sessions end at 06:04 or 06:09. How does this affect billing? Do they perhaps take the average data per second for every second? That means the extra 4, 6 or 11 minutes the sessions lasted is added to your package data. If they take an average per second for the whole second it is possible that your package data could be so high.
NOW here is where I say they HAVE a FATAL bug that causes over billing.... They don't count the usage exactly from 6am onwards they must be calculating the package usage from before 6am that is the only way my package usage went up.
so I have been contacted and my usage for Last month AND this month so far has been credited to my account. Now they seem to have found the problem and corrected my billing.
The question still remains. Will there be future billing problems..... I would hope not but there will mostlikely be since it a very thin line in terms of the way the account works that billing errors will happen.
I know I had to fight over the phone and denied the usage and inisted that they have a manager call me and go through the usage with me over the phone and they just sent me a email with corrections of last and this month.
You will need to insist that the usage be corrected
Looks like they got a special too now. You get 2 free months if you join the uncapped bolt on.....
