Yeah fine here in Richards Bay/DBN too but it goes via JHB so same like JHB. Still limited to the 10Mbps on bolt on.

I think the end of the uncapped Bolton is much closer than anybody realize.
if the sale go through its sure the Bolton would be bye bye...
enjoy it while its lasting...

Going to be more difficult to sell when everybody in the Western Cape start cancelling their accounts.
Gave them a 1 star review on Facebook.\
Mailed every email address on their website.
No replies to anything.
Shockingly bad.
It's still bloody good value - I won't be cancelling - I'd rather add a secondary top-up that I can activate between 18h00 and 00h00 to compensate.
I really don't see how a product that completely bugs out after 6pm is good value. If they're going to sell something, sell the product as advertised or if they can no longer maintain it as this price point then raise the price (at least for new subscribers at first).
As advertised (also note there is no mention of the 10Mbps hard throttle on the product page, only one line in the T+C's):

What is even more concerning is that for everyone going through CT - this affects both bolt-on and fatpipe users without bolt-on.
So there really is NO product in the evenings whatsoever, across the board.
Unless you're lucky enough to be part of the JHB customer base.
And because the timing is so consistent - 6pm every evening - I'd like to know what configuration is kicking in and why. The silence is deafening.
Sad.
Haha, nice gag on borking the routing tables!Hmm, not quite my experience - I can still play D3 and most websites work.
re: the configs - we'd all like to know - I'm convinced that some twit has borked the routing tables and fubar'd it to the point where they have to rebuild them
