Why has Vox not supplied us with any reason or feedback on the situation, or are they not concerned about the clients?
I don't think Vox know themselves.
It's been going on for more than just 2 weeks.I'm telling you, there is some lank-haired, pimple face who fubar'd the thing and went on leave for 2 weeks in an area with no cellphone reception and the okes left behind can't figure out what he did...
Plot twist, "Voxy" is no longer on the member list?

The tapatalk app is not very good with links. If I click that it takes me to a job advert from mybb.bot :what:
Going to be more difficult to sell when everybody in the Western Cape start cancelling their accounts.
We need to get them to allow for 20Mbps on bolt on I really dont mind paying a little extra.
Awesome thanks VoxyOur uncapped Bolt-on product was created specifically for ADSL but I will send your suggestion through to our products team and they can look into a similar solution for VDSL services![]()
Hi Everyone,
Due to the overwhelming response we have received for Fat Pipe, we have had to upgrade our network and are awaiting upstream installation to be completed.
We are hoping to have it resolved by next week.
We want to thank you for your patience.

I think it's also just fair practice that you guys state on the product page for the bolt-on (https://www.voxtelecom.co.za/uncapped-bolton) that it is limited to 10Mbps. It doesn't hint at this in the slightest and you have to go through the fine print to see it.
Just add something in the "Please note" section, that's all that is necessary.
