@lantic R59 uncapped 'bolt-on' feedback

I agree with you there.
For their dsl line move/order, they charge a once off fee on their order form but its not mentioned on the product page.

Why do they charge for it as no other ISP does it.
How much is it then?

I'm also looking to move my line to Vox. I already have the bolt on after hours account.

Our uncapped Bolt-on product was created specifically for ADSL but I will send your suggestion through to our products team and they can look into a similar solution for VDSL services :)

Foxy are we allowed to have the fatpipe and bolt on accounts with you guys(2seperate accounts). I want to move my line over to you guys and get the 50GB option

:D see what you did there....

That should work fine. They both are two separate products [single customer portal login] ie. 2 sets of login details - one invoice :)

/Foxy can clarify if need be :p

Looks like its only on vdsl lines. R99 for 20mbps and R50 for 40mbps once off costs.

Much much better even in the north. Time for everyone to enforce the fight club rule on this thread! :D

Last weekend of internet access was a similar nirvana for me, but then on Monday everything went down the drain. That's why I think for us in CT the control day could be Monday. If everything is still the way it's like now, the fix is "permanent". Anyway, I'm excited they have had success so far.

^this

Monday 6pm will reveal all.

Well Afrihost have their problems - but it's working way better than VOX so will use them as an interim measure. They have my line and I still get a bundle discount for VDSL.

WebAfrica works well, but torrents seems completely blocked on their capped offerings.

Willing to give CrystalWeb a try if they introduce a capped offering.

VOX really seem to have screwed the pooch for all the cape users. If by some small miracle it comes right before the end of the month I'll stay, but at this stage it seems unlikely.
