Not sure what you guys are moaning about, my speed was amazing last night... The whole week actually
Haven't used this account much recently so am busy giving it a run now.
First hour my downloads flew pretty much full steam but since 19:00 performance has been poor to terrible. Am hoping it is more a short term glitch and will see what happens over night

From 21:00 it seemed to go back to full speeds and that continued until I had finished my DL. Maybe just a short term glitch.
Anyway for the price, I guess I can't really complain too much.

I still have the 50GB + bolt-on deal, but got tired of random capping and inaccessible mybb.
I have a few nzb's that are scheduled, I'll try that tonight, 7pm onwards, normally that is a fair reflection on the state of the network as is normally the first to suffer along with p2p

Works well enough for me. There seems to be some shaping at least, for example NNTP goes around 600KB/sec, speedtest shows I can get 10Mbps. So get around 60%, which is fine, it is only downloads, if that goes a little slower to make everyones experience better that is fine.

I just wish there was an option for after 6 & weekends for me to use my Fatpipe instead of the bolt-on.
So if the bolt-on is being shaped or whatever, I could choose to use my cap data, all 400GB of it now...

So basically I cancelled my account to be affective end of Oct but decided to keep my account and retracted my cancellation. Looks like at the back end the package got deleted but on the face the account is still like unchanged so the account is not authenticating. Called support about 30min ago and he tried everything he could but failed and said he need to escalate it to the guys that works on these issues.
So he gave me a backup account to use while that is being sorted out because he said its unfair for me to use another ISP because of a error on their side. Pretty cool guy and very chuffed with the service actually. If Telkom does not fix the damn lag in League of Legends soon I might just have to hop back on my Vox account permanently.

Im seeing the shaping as well. My torrents wont go over 600KB/s and im on 20meg vdsl. Im also fine with this. Just wanted to confirm I am experiencing the same as you.

Aah ok so all downloads. I have seen the NNTP downloads go full line speed at like 3am, so it is most probably load based.
