Used to be with mweb before, their support takes ages -> phone support used to take quite a while to answer 'due to high call volumes..blah blah blah' this was the standard answering service, same as telkom lol

I wouldn't take their uncapped for free. Horrible service every time i had to deal with them. Never again. And even on a side note i wanted some info on the VOX ADSL phones and even they took ages to come back to me. So seems to be the norm over there.
