Laptop Caddy Kit for HDD/SSD

I ordered an SSD off Amazon for my laptop, got it today, however as with every other purchase I make, I overlooked something. I bought just the SSD, not the laptop upgrade kit, and as a result I don't have the caddy and SATA cable etc.

I tried searching online for a kit, but couldn't find anything. Does anyone know where I could buy a kit? I'm in the Joburg area :)

I ended up buying a USB enclosure just so I could get everything working on my end.
Very few places sell the upgrade kit.
 
I have 1TB HHD and wanted to move to a 250GB SSD, I guess at worst I'll just move the OS to the SSD and just get an external case for the HDD. Thanks, I'll just keep looking
