well still getting high ms in my wow of 500+ even when i use my unshaped account

I'm back on a 384 line. Getting 280-310 lat all the time. Using MTN Business.

i'm on 4 mbit line so expected to at least be 300 or less

only once i ever been on stable 300 ms rest of time is way too high
