Latest apps available and info about apps

Is there realplayer for BBs or sumthing which plays those formats?

Have any of you loaded BBWeather. I've got a 9700, downloaded the app (on the first page), but it does not work. Are there any settings that I need to make?
It gives me an error message "Error:Java.ia.IOException - APN is not specified"

I too have 9700, BBWeather doesn't work either. I dnt get the error msg u getting tho. It asks for 'location I.D' and did as OP suggests and put 'johannesburg south africa' but it still doesn't work. Just says retrieving all the time. I downloaded 'weatherbug' from the BB app world and it works fine, I'm happy woth it.

Can anyone help?
I need a nice free, working business mileage calculator.

Anyone know of a browser besides opera and bolt? Opera 4.2 doesn't work at all and the downloading with v5 is disapointing.

If you're downloading with opera then you're being charged. Opera can't download using BIS, it will redirect to the Blackberry browser. If it's using MTN/Vodacom APN then it can download directly but you will be charged for that. You can only download via the Blackberry browser. And no there are no other 'decent' browsers for Blackberry yet (but the webkit browser coming before September should sort you out)

I want another browser to use with my wifi at home. Or is there a way to use wifi with either the BB browser or vodafone/mtn browser?

Dumb question, but is there anyway to stream youtube videos without using the WAP APN and stream via BIS. Is there any application that can stream youtube through BIS?

I tried that but even though I save the changes it goes back to 'internet browser' and what about browser identification, what should that be on?

Ok it seems complaining on myBB helped. Before leaving for work this morning I tried again to set berry browser on hotspot and it worked. It now says hotspot browser on the top left corner too. And up until yedterday it wasn't doing that. I left browser identification on BB. Thnx again oronte!

Is it just me or is the latest bolt browser slower than the previous one?

Found an app worth mentioning Mini Monitor

Main features:
Counts the IP traffic on GSM/GPRS/EDGE network in byte.
Scrolling graph to visualize the traffic of the last minutes.
Builds sums on a daily and a time period basis.
The day the period ends in the month is configurable.
A lot of functions can be configured in the preferences in particular to show in bytes or kbytes.
Maintains a daily and a period's logbook. Logbook entries can have user remarks.
You may switch on an alarm once a particular amount of traffic volume is reached in the period.
For devices with SD card the program can write the content of the logbook to SD.
Separate "Traffic watch" to observe the traffic for a limited period of time separately (Testing of an application etc.)
Supported languages are English, German and Italian.
Auto starts on device reboot and installation of new versions.
Tested and proofed to work on different BlackBerry devices.

Changed in version 1.01.03:
Fixed the bug that causes an exception while opening a logbook with more then 100 entries.
