Latest apps available and info about apps

Can't seem to get N24 to work on a Storm2 - it recognises the phone as a Nokia N95. Any suggestions??

tunewiki.com

Looks like it streams any shoutcast radio station over BIS! :D
Shoutcast radio is basically a never ending mp3.

i found a radio app on the app world that picks up Yfm and Cape Talk, the only two worth mentioning. not sure if its using BIS or MTN right now

Hi

Need to upgrade ASAP.
I am wondering if the apps available on BB are plentifull in order to avoid me getting the desire. Otherwise I dont see why I should spend the extra cash on data bundles for the Desire.

Not as plentiful as android (not even close) but there is a large number of quality apps for Blackberry (except 3D games there are next to none). I've never run out of things to do on my berry though (and I have a fair amount of free time).

Hmmm!

WOW I'm really impressed with the Bold 9700!

Today I installed Google Sync on my work PC, the Google Mobile app for my BB and now I have seamless OTA synchronisation of my calendar. Works perfectly.

Does anyone know of an app for SA financial indicators - shares/forex/etc?

THANK YOU

That plus my BIS service I will be on the ball.

Not too optimistic, but here goes -

I want to copy music to my blackberry, listen to it and rate it (last-mentioned being the important part of the question). I then want to sync the rating back to iTunes. Anyone know of an app than can do it?

This looks very promising, but unfortunately only 32-bit. Installation hangs on a 64-bit PC. mdSync

Thanks!

The Blackberry media player doesn't do ratings sadly. Look at the third party apps on appworld maybe one of those can.

Another promising app - PushLife. apparently syncs both ways. I'm going to give it a try - just need to download and install the desktop software to make a backup of my bb before I do. :)

Tried it and it works perfectly. Costs $9.99 unfortunately. Decent music player and syncs song ratings both ways between Blackberry and iTunes.

will see what i can find out as the develepors are on my forums.

I followed the link in your sig to the blackberry forums and within 60 seconds 1) I couldn't right click to open multiple tabs, 2) see links unless registered, 3) see more than 3 pages unless registered  and 4) decided to never visit the site again.

Just my uninvited 2 cents, maybe it helps if you are interested in increasing the forum base.

Permanently remove sms history

Eish, its driving me mad. I cannot find a way to permanently remove sms history when sending a text. I know you can delete it while writing an sms but is there a way to permanently stop it from keeping the historic trail?

The history gets so long that the concatenated ability send to 10 sms messages to get the one sms across.

I've Googled and tried to find an app that will do it with no luck.
