Latest software update on HD-PVR enables Macrovision?

Well for those who are stll thinking about purchasing the HD PVR, I think it has become less stable after Decembers update. I get patches of no audio now in some of my recordings on the PVR. Stupid arses... wish they would sort it out. And the damn slow response on the remote is painfull. I actually think I'm going to end up downloading more 720p stuff now days as I get irritated with the damn decoder. Viva uncapped adsl!

That is not a common problem. I have not experienced it at all. Maybe have your installation and decoder checked.

SD PVR decoders are like gold now. Nobody wants to sell them and those that are selling are asking phenomenal prices for them.

Yeah... that SD-PVR works a charm, still have mine connected to the HD-PVR with extraview.... (plus I modded it to take a Sata 500gig HD)
