LCD Temperature Sensor

Hi Guys,

Figured this is gadgety... anyone have any idea where to buy an LCD temperature sensor? Like a calculator display type thing. Until this morning I had one working great but then it died (turns out it was all corroded inside) It need not be anything fancy - just something to see the temperature with (constantly) - i.e. no buttons to be pushed. I'm not looking for a weather station type thing, this is for inside my wine fridge (and if I can get more than 1, then I'll dot them all over the place for fun). I've tried the all-seeing google but came up with some old (2010) bidorbuy adverts. I've also tried Mantech (electronics place in CT) - but no such luck.

Ideas welcome .. (yes I am in and around Cape Town - but online works too).

Why not pop in to a pet shop and get one of those submersible digital thermometer, I'm sure most of the marine pet shops should have them.

EDIT: you get same type thermometers for reptile tanks. maybe that would be a better one.

That looks pretty much perfect! I didn't think of that cause in my head a fish thermometer is either a stick on (those liquid color changing ones) or nasty huge things.

They about R100 here. Got 2 for my tanks.
