The occupancy certificate won't be issued and thus CoC's will not be a requirement.so then what happens if I am buying this? Do I need an electrical COC or plumbing certificate?
A valid CoC will be required by the Municipality once you apply for your occupancy certificate.
Same with vacant land, no CoC's required for obvious reasons.
