Now whose fault is that? People who don't feel valued/add value to their organisation will simply jump ship to the next highest offer. I definitely would never hire someone whose worked for three companies in one year( I know several of these guys/gals) who are just R3000 away from quitting their jobs.
 
How good will you feel when you got the job only because you are black? And do you really think someone is going to respect you if you are employed like that.

its the same if i get employed because of my tits.... do you really think i'm going to get any respect from my co workers for the work i do, this creates a situation where you have to work twice as hard to prove them wrong or they will rather not give you work for fear of you screwing up. So now you will not get promoted because you do not perform or you will get less respect cause i get promoted because of my big tits..... no no thank..

How narrowminded. Millions of black people were oppressed forcibly. They were denied access to the highly subsidised education white people received. Not to mention they were not elligible for the cushy jobs that were reserved for white people. I'm against the way it is being implemented currently - but make no mistake - it is entirely necessary.

how did the uni of venda come to life? and why was all my firends in the freestate on "plaas skool" with black kids? And i'm not 20.

And what is wrong with working your way up?

And if they did not get an education how would they quallify for the jobs? no Wonder the country is in this state if even black people admit to not having an education.

Black people were oppressed. It will take time to get to the point where they can participate on an equal footing with white people. Period.

Well atleast i know my job is all about my brians, i know my bra size. That was an example. Hell i'm AA i'm a woman. Who is complaining? We just employ women instead of bee.

But if all those grade 1's are the same age as the grade 12's then there is no reason why they cannot play rugby against them. Intellectually speaking Rugby players are mostly on grade 1 anyay.

It is, and because it is being implemented so badly it is heavily exploited. There is no easy fix. But AA is the only fix.
 
shut up everyone! I need a johnny green clean, with a nice fat cuban now...this year is getting to long and no holiday in sight for me (as have been the case the last 3 years)
 
+100 i get the equal chances thing i agree ,but compare apples with apples (red and pink and green welcome even yellow just not rotten)
