Cosy Corner and Farmstall make awesome gatsbies! Although Farmstall has become a bit pricey now, it's still worth it

Not actually had a Gastby in ages - pop by Bona a lot - but would only ever have their chips parcel, viennas and some rolls and then smack it together myself (and mates whom share)
GD is THE Capetonian institution - but not as good as it was all those years ago.
Farm Stall - I can't even take on their Dagwood sandwhich on my own in one sitting - a gatsby? Would just hurt me!
Bought a salomie once on my way to the office - twas huge and took two sittings to get through it.
They're pricey (Farm Stall) but on their game for sure!
Spot the "Out of Towner" made easy ^

There's a place in strand that sells the largest gatsby's or like they call it there "A Sub With Chips" The Gatsby is Hmmm Lekker en Lekker groot yong! But Golden Dish in Athlone is still the best place for me.. Chicken Gatsby / Full-house Steak.. and must try Double Hot-Dog.. I'm lekker hungry now .
