Level 1 First aid course recommendations

So back in high school I did my level 1 and 2 first aid courses as part of the Emergency Care Team. That was many years ago, and the certificates have since lapsed. A friend of mine now needs to do the level 1 course for work, so I figure I might as well do things again at the same time.

Does anyone have any experience with local (read JHB or PTA) places that run level 1 first aid courses? Preferably ones that are split over 2 days (weekends)? Something like this.

From what I can see most places charge under R1,000 for the course, though cost isn't an issue if the provider is top notch.

Good course and material. Has come in handy. Siemens uses them for the SHE and First Aid training of employees.
