Lexus IS250SE

I really like the exterior styling of the Lexus. It will last well goes reasonably well and should make most people happy.

I am being picky, but where is most of your car time spent-- behind the steering wheel. Thats where it falls down. Dash desgn is not up to its competitors. Too Tokyo by night for my liking. Plastics just not worth the money for me. I dont want to drive it every dayand feel the grade of the plastics used very day contributed to their profits at my expense! With the german three especially the Audi what you at like while you drive makes you feel good. The worst in my opinion is the Lexus followed closely by BMW and then a step to the Merc and the top one is undoubtedly the Audi.

My 2c worth.

I just had to list the Lexus PACKAGE to put things into perspective. Lexus has come a long way in South Africa since 1993 and I truely believe someday S.A may find itself resembling the US luxury car market with regards to Lexus.

u better off going for the automatic verison its a little more with all those extras

I bought a LS460 last year. Never had a moment's hassle. Its a great way to cope with JHB traffic logjams. Its just had its first annual service. Strangely enough, I've never been to a Lexus showroom or service centre. Even when I did the test drive they bought the car to my home. When I bought it, it was delivered. For the service, they collected and returned it. Nice.

You should check out one of the new Lexus facilities...the show-rooms look great.
