LG G2 screen replacement

Hi. I'm fairly new here. Can someone give me some advice? I've searched some prices and asked around and most people told me that they can replace my G2 with a generic screen (as in a china screen). Now firstly I'm wondering weather or not the quality is better and how it differs. I also found this one guy who says he will replace my screen with an original screen for 1350. So is that the actual price an original G2 screen would cost? And where do I go if I really do want an original, do I go to an LG store or vodacom or where?

Obviously there are problems with that route, but I'd find a replacement screen there.

Go find out through your service provider. My Sony Z2 screen repair was over 4K, so doubt the 1350 is original screen.

Vodacom quoted me R 2419 to do a original replacement. I phoned LG to get a official Quote from them, they gave me a number of a Outlet in Pretoria, apparently the only one in Gauteng. They quoted me two different prices when I phoned them, twice over the phone, Last week they quoted me R 2100 & today I phoned they quoted me R 2200 and they do cash only no CC.

So very Likely the R 1350 is Generic.
