What SIM do you have in it?I got my phone from vodacom and i have zero Vodacom bloat. Am I missing something?
Vodacom installs the bloat on entry of their SIM

My experience so far has been nothing but awesome. Lollipop is lollipop. Samsung really dit fark it up.
Build quality is cool. The leather back feels a little plasticy, but its still very good.
What pains me a little is the bloat. People complain about Samsung/Vodacom bloat but they honestly have no idea what they are talking about. At least with the Samsung I could uninstall 70% and disable the rest. With this, their is no uninstalling, just disabling (those useless Vodacom apps). But I guess same difference.
Animations is nice and smooth and phone is quite snappy enough to not wait to do anything.
All and all, you can paint me impressed.
What are you coming from? And what do you use your phone for? Thanks, after a couple of days of having the device any regrets or gripes? A worthy replacement over the S6 edge? I know it's early days but how have you found the battery life in the LG g4 thus far? I'm going tomorrow to upgrade my second line and I'm going to be either going for the S6 or the LG G4 basically.

A competitor to the S6/Edge? yes, a replacement??? Uhmmm No. The S6 is an many ways ahead of the G4. In some other aspects the G4 beats the S6.
Much of a muchness.
The only real benefit that the G4 has over the S6 based on what I've read is that its camera can save photos in RAW mode, which will be useless to 99% of cellphone photographers (RAW-mode requires post-processing in a professional editing suite). This technically gives you more flexibility in editing photos, but so far I've had zero complaints with the S6 quality.
Based on some reports I've seen there are definitely cases where the G4 white-balancing is off, so it opts for warmer colours; while the S6 colours are more punchy.
The leather back is a nice touch on the G4 I'll admit, but overall the phone feels a lot less substantial and solid than the S6 (especially the cool metal buttons on the side of the S6) ...
Where the G4 definitely wins over the S6 is its removable battery and memory expansion, but that sort of depends on you - are you going to carry a spare battery, or want to copy across a whole treasure-trove of media to watch on your phone? Personally I don't, so for me these S6 limitations don't matter (the S6 also comes with free cloud storage for photos).
I think the only other metric where the G4 wins is it has an 8MP front-facing selfie camera, if that's your thing. In many other areas the S6 is superior (processor, graphics, storage speed - even to its use of Gorilla Glass 4 over the G4's use of Gorilla Glass 3).
Would I buy the G4? Hell yes, it's a great phone. Would I swop out my S6 for one? Um, I just don't think there's enough of a case for it.
I'm sorry did you say the G4 is better? F the the G4 my Samsung has Raw support, through Camera-FV5
Lol, if you took that away from my post, I suggest you read more slowly
Oh wait, to be fair to the G4, I remember now that its lens is also supposedly faster, with an f/1.8 aperture vs the S6's f/2.0.
In practice, I doubt that makes much difference. The S6 works real magic with night photos ... better than many full-fledged cameras I've used.
Does the S6 support RAW, I heard they had not implemented the RAW support yet?I'm sorry did you say the G4 is better? F the the G4 my Samsung has Raw support, through Camera-FV5
You should try out a G4 and use the manual camera settings. I played around with the settings while on a outing with my wife and son.
I want to see a S6 do the same.
If you know how to use all these settings manually, you will never use auto again.

Why wait 3 seconds?Piesang, I use my cellphone for quick snap photos that I want taken as close to perfect in about three seconds from taking the phone out of my pocket.
If I want to spend time messing with manual settings, I'd use my DSLR for that.
All I'm saying here is that anybody who chooses the G4 purely for its more complicated camera settings had better know how to use them (and most people won't), and also know how the G4's full-auto photos compare to the S6's (imo S6 is better but I'm happy to be biased).
Why wait 3 seconds?
Quick Shot Camera*– Double tap the volume down button when the phone is off (even locked) to launch the camera fast, so you can take a photo. It will instantly snap a photo within 0.7 seconds.
If you Google reviews you will see that 90% of them says the G4 camera is better.Rofl. Dude, if you wanna tackle the S6 ensure you know what you're talking about.
You can double-tap the S6's main menu button on the front (which is more convenient than the G4's rear button), and the cam app opens in 0.7 seconds as well.
Here's a page dedicated to just that: http://m.androidcentral.com/samsung-galaxy-s6-camera-speed-animations
With my three seconds, I was allowing a little time to intelligently frame the photo and wait for the best shot to present itself, not just firing away blindly in burst mode (though if I wanted to do that, the S6's burst is faster than the G4's due to its faster memory and processor).
We can continue this if you want, but I suggest you hold an S6 first and then tell me the G4 is better.
