FML! No reverse tethering option out of the box like my phone and tablet! :mad:

Now I have to fregging root.

Typically, people tether their laptops to their Android phones, using the phone’s data connection to get online from anywhere. But you may also want to “reverse tether,” sharing your PC’s Internet connection with an Android phone or tablet.
 
so I dont know if this has been posted yet, but I think its somehting we should take note of.

also maybe I am just an idiot for not knowing this. so forgive me if that is the case.

did you know that if your phone is unlocked and you double tap the screen it locks?
I didn't.

now imagine you have a short knock code of 2 taps.
(stupid, obviously)

so you think you cant unlock your phone because you mistapped, meantime you keep locking your phone after unlock all the time.

this tiny little feature could be the reason so many people complain that the touch screen is not responsive. I doubt it. but its not impossible....

When you use a 3rd party launcher then it doesn't lock when you double tap. Or is there a setting for that?
 
Hey I did say I was an idiot for not knowing.

I like to think I find settings quick. Makes me wonder who else has done that by accident and thought it was a bug...
