I made a few purchases with my capitec card and it is not showing on my stash account... Neither is sunny money showing.... And i checked my transaction history on my capitec app and its not showing there either

Seems sunny money is not working with Xiaomi's Miui. Gosh I hate Miui. It works on my GNote 1 with Lineage OS android 7.1.2.
Got the app today, seems ok, but I'm not yet convinced.
I've linked a card to the app and swiped my card to test.
The app said +R5.09 23m 54s counting down.
After the 23 minutes ran out it changed to 23h ..... counting down.
Should it do this?
I then tried to submit my FICA docs via the app.
I uploaded the docs, but got no confirmation that it was received or uploaded.
I then mailed the docs to [email protected] and got an email requesting a better copy of my proof of address.
Mailed them a copy of a statement in PDF format which was not accepted.
I then forwarded the same doc in JPG format and asked for confirmation that it was received.
Got an email stating that nothing was received and that I needed to send the docs again.
Very frustrating as it seems that email attachments pose a challenge to the support staff.
