Point is if you do anything to excess it's going to fsk you up. The benefits of coffee in moderation far outway any negatives there may exist in overdoing it on the caffeine

+ 1 Moderation is the key, I totally agree.
I think we need to know more about what moderation is. They should say on the side of the packet, only drink one glass of cola, or mug of coffee a day. Then I'll know what's healthy

They say any dependence to any substance (even food) actually means something emotionally deeper. Something if broken is you look hard enough.

Food is not addictive at all. Some substances are though.

It depends on whether you're talking about physical addiction or mental addiction. Cocaine is physically addictive, but Coke is mentally addictive.
