Does your extended family know you're gay? If they do, would your cousin allow his/her son to go live with an older gay man? If they don't imagine the reaction later on when they do find out your sexual orientation.

Yeah my family knows I'm a gay I'm not close with my extended family but the young ones are cool with me being gay, older ones think I'm going through a face I will change as time goes by. I would never do anything harmful to any child if that is what you were suggesting. The kid I'm planning to take next year he is 10 years old he knows I'm gay kids these day you can't hide anything from them.

Yeah I'm planning to see a professional I thought I would go speak to a pastor at church, but I'm not ready for my judgment day yet.

Unless your pastor is accepting of gay people, I wouldn't talk to him. You really need the person to be accepting of who you are. Others will try and get the church to help change you. I have seen what the church can do to gay people - trust me. Not pleasant.
A psychologist would probably be a better option - but again a lot of them are very religious. Choose wisely. Ask around. You want help with your loneliness and feeling of fulfillment, not with being gay.
