Lol. I don’t have LFP🤣. Like everything else my batteries have a calendar life. No point protecting them. Just squeezing all the ROI from them.

Nope. Will keep them separate. 3.6 will become useless afterwards. And losing out on 2 batteries as only have 10.

They getting used. I see the Omni only took over around 9:30pm. Wasn’t using much power today it looks like. 94% battery on the Omni as I type.

Why will you lose 2 batteries? Just drill some holes into the omnivolt and connect positive and negative to positive and negative of LA bank then solar can charge both during the day.

48V needs 4x12V. I have 10.

And no need to drill.

Setup works fine. No need for all of that lol

So it's 10 batteries, in 2S5P config. Connected to the 3.6kW 24V inverter.

They buffer the solar (when the clouds hit, etc.) and get used at night between 8 am and 8 pm roughly. All circuits in the house get supplied by the 3.6 during that time, unless a large enough load hits, then the kitchen and lounge get switched over to the 5kW (3 of the 6 DB breakers, that is, 3rd being the oven). Then reverts back to 3.6 when the load goes away.

After 8pm, the Omnivolt takes over and supplies those 3 DB breakers. 3.6 continues to supply the remaining 3 breakers, which are low load.

Average of 20 to 30% DOD on the GELs a day. About 50% on the 5kW. The extra buffer is to cover for days when the clouds are hectic in the morning and the 3.6 delays charging the 5kW.

Oops. I forgot you still in 24V land. My bad.
 
Okay so battery 3 is not getting a chance to stay at full because of the loads. I removed it from the pack for now and put it on my victron mppt with the 2 x 250w panels. It's going to take time to reach that voltage but that is the option for now as it switches off before the other 2 batteries while still having a combined voltage of 50.8v.

I opened it to see if I can see any issues. Well they shrink wrapped the entire battery.

What bulk and absorb time are you using on the victron? Will we still see cell deviation from HA?

I wonder who taped the corner?

I don't know. Not sure if its factory related because it was cut there maybe for the wires?

Anyways 55.2v bulk and 120min absorption time set. Should I limit the current also during absorption? It has that option.

What is the max amps the 2 panels will push?

Lets see what the balance is at 55.2V, if a cell is peaking into OVP then drop the current and voltage.
