I much prefer scientific studies tbh
Temperature has a big impact on these batteries. 30c or even 40c has a big difference on degregation compared to 20c. Temperature is influenced by ambient as well as how hard they are used in C for discharge and charge. Whether you routinely take it down to 0% is a different discussion and I have seen some scientific papers on that. I have my views and they don't agree with wingnut

makes sense but your cycles drop drastically. Could be the difference between replacement every 10 years or every 20 years. I was more surprised the battery doesn't lock up as I've been told passed a certain point they do and you have to take them in to get started again.

Whether that's sales snake oil or not I don't know, but would rather not want to find out.
