My new 24V system is working like a charm by the way, loving how Luxpower does its thing, dodgy weather these days but the battery is always full before 1pm.

No, this install is for my home in the sticks, Eskom is refusing to replace the transformer so it's a literally off grid system, it's connected to 3x 460W panels.

I have already shipped my balcony solar to assist, which didn't make any difference as I said due to the fridge, hence the need to change to the 24V system.

Definitely, a backup to a backup, especially since the first backup is now the main source without Eskom.
